Cellular Healing Diet - Lin-Z's Snickerdoodles PDF Print E-mail

  • ½ cup of butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup Xylitol
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups garbanzo bean flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp. xylitol
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add 2/3 cups xylitol and baking soda. Beat until combined while scraping sides of bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined then beat in flour.

Spoon mixture onto cookie sheet (about a tablespoon size balls). Combine left over xylitol and cinnamon and sprinkle on each cookie. Bake at 375®F for about 10 minutes or until they begin to turn brown.
 
Cellular Healing Diet - Veggie Dip PDF Print E-mail

  • 1 – 8 oz. brick organic cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup organic sour cream
  • ½ cup vegenaise (made with grapeseed oil)
  • 1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

If your cream cheese is not soft enough to stir with the other ingredients, heat on very low heat in a sauce pan. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 1-4 hours before serving.
 
Cellular Healing Diet - Granny Smith Apple Dip PDF Print E-mail

  • 8 ounces organic cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon natural maple flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon stevia
  • 2 tablespoons xylitol

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Serve with sliced granny smith apples.
 
Cellular Healing Diet - Chocolate Covered Nuts PDF Print E-mail

  • 1 Cup Organic Cream
  • ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Stevita brand stevia
  • ¼ cup xylitol
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add cocoa, stevia, xylitol and salt. Mix well.

Use the chocolate recipe above. Add 3 cups nuts (walnuts/pecans). Mix to cover nuts. Spread onto parchment paper and refrigerate until solid. Keep refrigerated.
 
Cellular Healing Diet - General Tso's PDF Print E-mail

  • 1 lb. boneless Chicken, cubed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Tamari
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup arrowroot powder
  • 5 – 10 Small Dried Red Chili Peppers (if desired)
  • Grapeseed Oil to fry in

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Tamari ½ teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry Cooking Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1/3 cup Xylitol
  • ¾ teaspoon Stevia
  • 1 + 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowroot Powder
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped (if desired)
  • 5 – 10 Small Dried Red Chili Peppers (if desired)
Add:
  • Broccoli
  • Brown Rice (if you are eating grains)
  • Any other Veggie that sounds good to you!
 
Chicken: Combine ½ T tamari, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Add Chicken. Dip in arrowroot powder. Heat oil. Add chili peppers. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.

Remove most of the oil. Add broccoli and any other veggies. Cook to reach rich green color. Remove from pan.

Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour in pan. Add chili peppers from chicken. Cook until glossy and slightly thick. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.
